Hi, I’m Jodie—a proud girl mom of three, a balloon stylist, and event planner based in Fitchburg, MA. I’m passionate about creating show-stopping balloon displays, luxury backdrops, and themed celebrations that leave lasting memories.
Before Pop by Posh, I spent 20 years as a letter carrier and 10 years running my own nail business. My love for artistry, detail, and helping others feel special led me back to my creative roots. Now, I pour my heart into every event so you can relax, celebrate, and enjoy the moment.

Jordan grew up in her mom’s nail salon, learning early what it means to work hard and be independent. A proud Endicott College grad with a degree in Hospitality, she now keeps Pop by Posh running behind the scenes — from marketing and customer relations to inventory, ordering, and social media. She’s the organization and creativity that helps bring our balloon magic to life every day.
Gianna is a student at Leominster High School in the electrical program and works part-time at a local pizza shop. When she’s not busy with school or work, she helps bring our balloon creations to life by inflating balloons, assisting with garlands, and hosting our children’s themed birthday parties in the studio. Hardworking, hands-on, and full of energy, Gianna adds creativity and fun to every event she’s part of.
Gemma is a student at Leominster High School and an essential part of our balloon studio team. She helps bring our creations to life by inflating balloons and crafting beautiful garlands. Gemma also brings joy to our youngest guests as a party host during our children’s themed birthday parties, making every celebration extra special.
Nikki has been by my side since day one — we actually met while working at the Fitchburg Post Office! She’s helped with every big milestone, from my first paid event to our biggest installs. Nikki brings our custom designs to life, from balloon garlands to logo pieces, and she’s a total pro at running our 360° photo booth. Plus, she keeps us laughing the whole way through every setup.
Behind every stunning balloon display is a strong foundation, and that’s exactly where Travis makes his mark. As our “Prop Star,” he designs and builds custom wooden backdrops that elevate each installation, while also managing the setup and takedown of photo booths and event displays. With his craftsmanship, reliability, and dedication, Travis plays a key role in bringing our creative visions to life and ensuring every event runs seamlessly from start to finish.
